1、管理、人力資源類相關專業,本科以上學歷;
2、對現代企業人力資源管理模式有系統的了解和實踐經驗積累,對人力資源管理各個職能模塊均有較深入的認識,能夠指導各個職能模塊的工作;尤其制度建立及高端人才的進;
3、精通人力資源管理,5年以上人事勞資工作經驗,3年以上人力資源部經理工作經驗;
4、熟悉國家、地區及企業關于合同管理、薪金制度、用人機制、保險福利待遇、培訓等方面的法律法規及政策;熟練操作各類辦公軟件;
5、具有戰略、策略化思維,并有較強解決復雜問題的能力;
6、具有很強的激勵、溝通、協調、團隊領導能力,很強的責任心和事業心。
Post:HR department manager
1. Has bachelor’s degree or above in management or human resources-related specialty.
2. Has comprehensive knowledge of modern enterprise’s human resource management practices and practical experience, a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resources management and the ability to guide the operation of each functional module, especially the system building and introduction of high-caliber talents.
3. Proficient in human resources management, at least five years of personnel administration experience and at least three years of work experience as human resources department manager.
4. Familiar with the applicable laws and regulations and policy concerning contract management, pay system, employment practices, insurance and employee benefits and training at the national, local and corporate levels and proficient in use of a wide range of office automation software.
5. Think strategically and tactically and capable to resolve complicated problems.
6. Strongly capable to motivate, communicate and coordinate with and lead a team and has a strong sense of responsibility and career aspiration.
